Stay Hydrated All Winter

December 18, 2019 by

This past weekend, I took a trip to visit my best friend. As you can imagine, it was pretty chilly, and man did my skin take a toll. We stopped into Sephora in Soho and I was shocked when I looked in the mirror and saw my skin flaking and cracking from the cold.  I proceeded to take off all of my makeup and give myself a little refresh facial. This is what prompted my serious research into keeping your skin hydrated and glowing even in the coldest of elements.

1. Glossier Futuredew Serum – $24

Not to be dramatic, but this might be the most amazing product I’ve ever tried. During this particular weekend in NYC, I stopped by the Glossier pop-up and picked up a few of my favorites. I was given a sample of this serum with my purchase and thank goodness I did. That evening my skin was still feeling incredibly dry and dull, so I decided to test this serum before applying my makeup…and that’s when my life was forever changed. My skin looked so fresh and dewy that I didn’t wear any face makeup that night…which I never do. I proceeded to order the full size bottle so it would be waiting on my doorstep upon my arrival home. All this being said, I love this and insist you give it a try.

OY-L Lip Balm – $16

The Ordinary Hyaluronic Acid Serum – $6.80

Ole Henriksen Banana Bright Eye Cream – $38.50

La Roche Posay Cicaplast – $14.99

This multipurpose balm is the cure to the driest of skin. I use it on my elbows, heels and knees every night and it is truly magic.

Tammy Fender Antioxidant Creme – $95

Summer Friday’s Jet Lag Mask – $48

Everyday Naturals Cuticle Oil – $12
