Photo-crastination

So I would have to say my biggest procrastination attraction would have to be Tumblr. Unlike Pinterest, my brain barely need sto think of where to organize pictures. Does the street style photo fall under this or that. Does a hilarious photo of the Man Repeller fall under Girl Crush (to say the least) or Smitten. You’re right, these problems are a meer fraction of issues I should be concerned about. But thats why Tumblr is my go-to. No thinking, just clicking. Like that? Oh, no problem. Just tap that little reblog post button and next thing you know you have just wasted (or not) an hour of fragile study time. Because if you’re anything like me I’ve been putting all of this nonsense off for quite sometime and now I am buried in a bit of things.

So here you go. A little filtered procrastination, and eye candy for those eyes that have either a) been staring at a book too long or b) dosing off into space for while.

UGH finals…If one more person complains about their lack of sleep or 80 page papers; I may aswell shoot myself. Lets not focus on the negative and start facing the POSITIVE. Its almost summer time baby! I don’t care how long you have been locked in club Fondy. In exactly 11 days from now well all be free, hopefully finding some place sunny to reside. So take a study break from all your stress and focus on the bright side that is SUMMMMMMMMER.

With Coachella coming up, my last minute scramble to find an outfit has not been very successful..until I stumbled into Cabana. Its like a little piece of St.Barts and South Hampton combined and plopped down on Lovers Lane. Located in a discrete little house past the Eatzi’s. Cabana is a mecca filled with chic summer time clothing, shoes, and jewelry. There hours are a bit odd so make sure you catch them at the right time…I guarantee you a shopping success.

Festival Fashion: Coachella is here!

I have to admit…. I’ve never attended Coachella (I will one day, I swear it) even without tickets I look forward to this festival every year. Why you may ask? Simply put, the fashion.

Many celebrities (like Rita Ora, Alessandra Ambrosio, and Katy Perry, to name a few) attend clad in the most fashionable festival wear. Not only celebrities, but all attendees alike don their trendiest warm weather gear -including many SMU students.

This is unlike any other festival out there…Coachella brings high fashion. Yes the free spirit aspect is still there, with plenty of fringe, ankle boots, and cut-offs, but in an original way.

The best part is, you get to see everyone’s personal style and not just the trends that are most popular at the moment.

With killer bands, brings killer outfits.
