They’re like Friends without Chandler, Ross, and Joey, Gossip Girl minus the opulence, and The Hills with no LA skyline and beach. The Bedford Stop is on my favorites list, and sooner or later it will be on yours too.
Everyone knows that a caption is the defining aspect of any Instagram. It doesn’t matter how beautiful a wedding, or how cute a new nephew is, the caption is what makes it–or breaks it. And I know we’ve all been there, insta ready to post, our feeble brains struggling to think of anything worthwhile to caption it. In those darkest hours, however, there is one place I go to find clarity. One group of women so profound, you’ll never struggle for a caption again (I think you know where I’m going with this).
These days being considered part of Taylor Swift’s girl squad is as elusive as being part of the Mob.
As we’re all well aware, this phenomenal group of eclectic strong-minded, beautiful, and thoughtful women seems to be every girl’s role models in one way or another. From Taylor Swift herself to hilarious Cara Delevingne, charming Selena Gomez, and even honorary gbf to the stars Derek Blasberg – who wouldn’t want to join forces with this crew?! After a special week of getting to know the whole #SMUstyle crew, we’re ending it with a who’s who of Swift Squad we would want to be.
Whether you know her as Kelly Kapoor from The Office, or from her best selling book Is Everyone Hanging Out Without Me? (And Other Concerns), Mindy Kaling has become a household name—and not without reason. Not only is she hilarious, but Kaling has a confident, honest take on the world—a take she has brought to life in her very own comedy, The Mindy Project. Kaling plays the ever fabulous and wildly succesfull Dr. Mindy Lahiri (imagine The Office’s Kelly Kapoor as an OBGYN).
It’s finals season again and summer break couldn’t come fast enough. I don’t know what happened this semester, but it seems like school just got INSANE somewhere after spring break. Nonetheless we’re soon to enter the hell-week that is finals, and I just wanted to let you all know that when you’re cracked out at 4 am in the library feeling like you just can’t do it anymore, you’re not alone.
