As many of us know, SMU students don’t tailgate, they boulevard. But just what should one wear to this massive campus function? Don’t fret, it’s easy to dress fresh and cute for the game. Strive for some SMU style this Friday as the Mustangs gear up to take on TCU. Here’s a tip: Go for tailgate-trends similar to these style-setters spotted at last weekend’s game.

From Left: SMU freshman Megan Simmons in a dress from The Impeccable Pig, accessorized with Marc Jacobs sunglasses, Lilly Pullitzer jewelry and a Tory Burch clutch; SMU sophomore Dani Gersh in a Planet Blue dress accessorized with a Prada bag; SMU Freshamn Lexie Hammesfahr in an Anthropologie dress, Tory Burch sandals, accessorized with Yale-blue Ray Bans and an Isabella Fiore bag.

From Left: Wearing a simple pair of boots always adds a touch of style to any outfit; SMU freshman Olivia Cassidy in a blue Ecote top from Urban Outfitters and skirt from Forever XXI; Try this dress for casual spirit from Cotton Island or Game Day Cloth.
