SMU students came out to watch the finals of the 2011 Dallas Pro Polo League on Sunday afternoon wearing polo chic attire. With a plethora of riding boots, sun hats, and blazers, the polo field was a place to see and be seen. Lucchese Boot Company hosted a trunk show at the event. The Texan company dates back to 1883 and is known for their handcrafted boots made out of the finest kind of leather and near-perfect skins. Their 1883 collection is fashionable and a true modern classic. Their featured SMU embroidered boot was a huge hit amongst students. Spectators enjoyed sips, music, and catering from Dallas’ beloved Hamburger Man.
